BACK TO SCHOOL NIGHT HAS BEEN RE-SCHEDULED -

Parents - please plan to join us for our back to school night on Wednesday, September 23, 2026, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm

All of TWH will be accessible. Please enter through the main office doors. Wheelchair accessible doors are available near the bus loop.

Field trip chaperones, school store volunteers, school-wide party helpers, etc. must be members of the STSD volunteer program and meet certain requirements, including up-to-date clearances.  The volunteer manual, links for required clearances, and the Chaperone Guidelines/Acknowledgement can be found at https://www.hannasd.org/volunteers.  All documents must be turned into Casey Hayth at the district office. Volunteers will only have access to the building during designated volunteer times. Volunteers must promptly enter and exit the building through the main office entrance.

The early dismissal window ends at 2:45 pm -   we will not be releasing learners between 2:45 and 3:20 pm.

If your child is a car rider, please do not arrive at the building before 2:45 pm.

We will move the traffic cones at 3:05 pm to allow vehicles to move to the beginning of the car rider line.  This will help alleviate the traffic congestion that begins at Crooked Hill Road and allow efficient movement of all vehicles.
