Field trip chaperones, school store volunteers, school-wide party helpers, etc. must be members of the STSD volunteer program and meet certain requirements, including up-to-date clearances.  The volunteer manual, links for required clearances, and the Chaperone Guidelines/Acknowledgement can be found at https://www.hannasd.org/volunteers.  All documents must be turned into Lori Shienvold at the district office. Volunteers will only be able to have access to the building during designated volunteer times. Volunteers must promptly enter and exit the building through the main office entrance.
